Tempro’s Industrial Heating & Cooling Thermostats are engineered to provide precise temperature regulation for commercial and industrial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. These thermostats are housed in durable steel or stainless-steel NEMA 1 rated enclosures, protecting against dust, light exposure, and minor splashing, making them ideal for standard indoor applications.

- TP504, TP505, TP513, TP514, TP516: Remote bulb sensors with varying cord lengths, including adjustable differential options.
- TP507, TP515: Models equipped with a 6-foot piggyback cord for simple plug-and-play installations.
These options ensure compatibility and flexibility across multiple applications.
How to Install Industrial Heating & Cooling Thermostats
For proper installation in an SPDT heating and cooling setup, follow these steps:
- Wiring Connections: Connect the power supply to the (R) Red Terminal. Attach the heating unit wire to the (B) Blue Terminal and the cooling or ventilation unit wire to the (Y) Yellow Terminal.
- Operation: When the temperature decreases by 3°F, the heating contact (B) closes, turning the heating system on, and the cooling contact (Y) opens, shutting off the cooling system. Conversely, when the temperature rises by 3°F, the heating contact (B) opens, and the cooling contact (Y) closes, activating the cooling system.
Refer to Figure 3 on the right in the manual for a visual diagram of the wiring setup.
